You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Discord Terms of Service, community guidelines, and local laws.

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload the Bot or its APIs.
• No unauthorized commercial use without prior written consent.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Discord account.
• Ensuring the accuracy of data you provide to the Bot.
• All activities that occur under your account or server where the Bot is installed.

The Bot software, features, branding, and related content are the property of YetAnotherBot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party components (including models, libraries, or assets) are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YetAnotherBot and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Bot.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features or the entire Bot at any time, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You can replace this paragraph with a specific jurisdiction if needed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
