Information we process

YetAnotherBot processes Discord account identifiers, usernames, command usage, server identifiers required for bot operation, and AI conversation data when a feature stores a conversation. The dashboard also uses Discord OAuth solely to identify the account requesting its own data.

How information is used

Data is used to run the bot, maintain token and profile state, provide requested features, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Dashboard sessions

The website stores an HTTP-only session cookie after Discord sign-in. The cookie is used to authorize access to the dashboard and expires after a limited period. State-changing requests include an additional request token to reduce cross-site request risk.

Your controls

Signed-in users can update the display name used by the bot and delete AI conversations stored for their own Discord account. For other data requests, contact the support server.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as operationally necessary or required to investigate abuse and maintain service integrity. No online service can promise absolute security; access controls and scoped account authorization are used to reduce risk.
